Well I got this idea from my Cadet unit's forums and thought it would be useful and easier to request items from the guild house and to keep track/records. I hope this works and helps.

Post your requisition/s as follows:

Full name and detail of item, include level. (Copy and paste from Guild Warehouse List.)
Quantity

eg.
H. Dragon Gauntlet-2 STR +3 [HP +100/INT +2] (lvl 50)
1

After you have recieved or returned your item, include (recieved) or (returned) at the end of the item name.

Please allow time for Warehouse managers to locate and distribute the items.

Thank you very much, James. This is a great idea, and was something I was thinking of doing, but wasn't sure how to go about it, and have been a bit lacking in time too, so this is a huge help Very Happy

One thing I'm not quite sure I understand is the "Location" part. Do you mean the location of the toon that needs the item? If indeed it IS that, well may I add here that, as the guild warehouse toons are in Keol, by the WH itself, then any transferring would be best done there. However, it could be used as a reminder of the toon's location (to the owner), and perhaps that is what you meant it to be. (Oh dear, I've complicated things now, haven't I. Embarassed )

Any more questions or doubts, please post here and I will be more than happy to clear them up for you.

Yes, the location was suppose to be where the toon needs the item. Now that you posted, I will edit it out.

The guild wh is currently nonfunctional and the lists of items are out of date. I will be trying to correct this in the near future. Thank you for your patience!
