Reporting an Issue Guide line Empty Reporting an Issue Guide line

Here is a guide line for each of you guildies to report any wrong doing to the guild leader and admins.

If you see a guildie being disrespectful to another, using foul lang, KSing or any other action that is against Guild Rules and no admin is either on or the logged admins are afk or cannot see it because it is either in party chat or wisper. Take a screenshot(s) of the conversation or ksing act and notify the guild leader or an admin asap. Make sure that you pm the one that you notify the screenshot(s) of the issue. The guild leader and/or admin will then take care of the problem.

No Guild Leader or Admin SHOULD and will NOT show favoritism. That is part of being a leader. If you believe a guild leader or admin has shown favoritism in a situation pm ALL leaders (guild leader and admins) the situation with proof that a leader has shown favoritism in a situation.

and last but certianly not least. I encourge each of you not to just keep you mouth shut about something either being afraid of reporting it or just leaving it up to someone else to report the issue. A guild is only as strong as it's guildies, and if the guildies will not help keep bad guildies out the guild will just fall a part.

Agreed, Stand. I am always willing to help if anyone has a problem and, when I step down as admin, I will try to support the admins by reporting any problems of my own to them Very Happy.

I think this is a great idea Stand. It will make people think twice before acting in a way which may be otherwise out-of-character to them.

Be aware that I DO know how to take screenshots, so everyone please, be nice, and remember the maxim: Do unto others as you yourself would be done unto (or something like that - lol), meaning: Don't do anything to other ppl that you yourself would not like to have done to you.

OK, sermon over guys Razz

"No le hagas a otros lo que no te gustarĂa que te hicieran a ti"

A classic fi.

Glad you liked it hun Razz .

It IS a good guideline though, not just for gaming, but for life in general. Let's all try and live by it, and RH will benefit hugely, and so will we all, as human beings.

Well I definately support this. I think the sooner you report a problem or issue the better, one of the worse things you can do is leave a problem to carry on getting worse. Until what started out as a small problem is now much bigger and harder to sort out.

Yes you are all correct. Problems only get worse if left alone 9 times out of 10. Sometimes all it takes is the right word at the right time to solve the issue too.
